320GB 2.5-ich HDD Aimed at MacBooks

If storage is more fundamental to you than speed, there’s a 320GB hard drive from MCE technologies that might help. The performance is lower considering the drive spins “only” at 5400rpm versus 7200rpm for faster laptop drives, or 15000rpm or more for desktop computers.

The real question that I have is that: would you bother to open your

MacBook and change the drive yourself? I wonder whether MacBook users shop a lot in the after market segment. Finally, there are plenty of other 320GB droves out there, but that one is marketed to the MacBook crowd.
