Acer plus jumps onto Miniature laptop Bandwagon

Acer does not want to be left out of the miniature laptop bandwagon game with plans to unveil 8″ and 9″ notebooks before the second quarter of that year is by. Details will be extremely sparse, although we do know that the screens will be produced by AU Optronics - the same company that supplies screens to

Asus. Word on the street has it that these new Acer offerings will be priced below existing Eee models, but I’m not too certain how they will stack up against the new range of Eee PCs.
