British get HTC Desire Z, Desire HD confirmed

Mobiles.co.uk, a subsidiary of European phone giant Carphone Warehouse, has a couple of new Android-powered smartphones from HTC, and we would presume these are the very same ones which will see action at the upcoming September 15th event. Of course, the first of the two would be the Desire HD that has leaked out more times than one can count, and it has been listed to be Android 2.2 powered alongside a 4.3-inch display, a 1GHz processor, an 8-megapixel camera with 720p video capture

capability, 4GB of internal memory that can be further expanded via a memory card. As for the Android 2.1-powered Desire Z, it will come with a full sliding keyboard. September 15th can’t quite come fast decent for some of us now, eh?
