Honda is about to strike back at Toyota’s Prius with a sort new hybrid-exclusive model, coming in the anatomy of a teardrop that would invent one think of the Prius nearly immediately. I suppose that is due to aerodynamic issues and not trying to con the less-than-savvy customer by releasing a similar design. It would be interesting whether that will be the start of the Great Hybrid War

as more and more auto manufacturers think of ways to combat increasing fuel prices while helping keep the earth green. I’m all for Honda’s effort - hopefully they don’t bungle it.
