iPhone 3G All But Sold Out

It’s Monday dawn and only four Apple retail stores have the iPhone 3G in stock. According to the availability tool, you can pick up a black 16GB at the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, CA, a white 16 GB at Rockingham Park in Salem, New Hampshire, a black 8 GB at The Falls in Miami, FL, and all three models at Briarwood in Ann Arbor, MI,  That’s it. There’s no more.

And though new stock is arriving daily at stores across the country, whether purchasing from an AT&T store, you may have to wait up to three weeks to get your hands on the newest Apple phone.

When the original iPhone came out, a similar shortage occurred, though it seems to be worse that moment around  due to an worldly release, stretching supplies thin.
