Engadget has received a pic of the iPhone 4 in the cardboard flesh. The handset spied in the pics is on hand at Walmart stores according to the tipster.

Some who pre-ordered the iPhone 4 are getting emails from Apple that show the handsets landing on the 23, a day before expected. that will

have hoards of geeks waiting for the deliveryman like kids at Christmas.

Privacy advocates are up in arms after it was discovered that Apple is able to capture and share info about the location of an Apple computer or device with partners. An opt out for iAd was plus discovered.
