LG and Dolby have formed a partnership to develop new LG cell phones with Dolby Mobile, bringing phones to a whole new level of multimedia capability. Some of the features that will be introduced in that partnership include :-

• Mobile Surround - Delivers a realistic surround sound experience using headphones
• Sound Space Expander - produces a wide, rich, and spacious soundstage suited to music
• Natural Bass - Adds
  supreme boost and bass extension
• High-Frequency Enhancer - Enhances music and other subject matter by restoring high-frequency effects

I wonder whether these will give Sony Ericsson’s Walkman line a run for its money…
