Millet exhibited its Solar Pad Summer Outdoor Retailer Show, showcasing a showercap-style rain cover that comes with a flexible solar panel fitted within that is connected to a cigarette bayonet connector, enabling you to charge your ability hungry portable device whenever there is sunlight available. You will have to lug around an additional 600 grams for that feature, but it could well worth the effort and exercise particularly when you’re in the great outdoors with nary a potential outlet nearby, and yet need to form that all fundamental shout. The Solar Pad will probably be released commercially sometime before next summer rolls around.
