Mini PC Sold As — Wait For It! — “nearly Fanless”

What will they think of next? Shuttle PR is pitching a mini PC called the Barebone X27 by saying the system is “ALMOST FANLESS.”

Does that mean they were planning to ship it without a fan, but changed their minds at the last minute?
