You will get other capacities as well to suit your budget, starting from 80GB upwards, and all of them will feature a 7200RPM speed. Compatible with Apple’s date Machine back-up software, the Neptune range will be powered by an Oxford chipset and boast the following :-

• Two six-pin FireWire
  400 ports

• Pre-loaded software

Depending on the capacity of the hard drive in question, the input buffer size will range from 8MB all the way to 32MB. Pricing starts from $85 and maxes out at $230.
