Panasonic unveils full HD 3D Blu-ray home theater systems

Panasonic knows that stereoscopic 3D is currently making waves in the home theater market, and decided to take the plunge into the world of full HD 3D Blu-ray home theater systems, with the SC-BTT750 and SC-BTT350 systems spearheading their effort. Each of them will be Viera Cast-compatible while enabling access to Netflix, Amazon VOD, YouTube, Picasa, Bloomberg TV, weather and other services. As for the BTT750, that model will feature a Wi-Fi adapter but you will need to pick up a DY-WL10 adapter separately for the BTT350. For the SC-BTT750, it will feature a couple of front Tall Boy speakers, a center channel, and a bamboo cone that will do its bit to eliminate acoustic reflections. With a Kelton subwoofer that can pump out 250W of ability, you can be certain of a

tubthumping experience. The SC-BTT350 will be the lesser model, since it has a quartet of tiny surround speakers which will require to be mounted or put up on stands. Both models however, will feature an integrated Universal Dock for iPod/iPhone and an SD memory card slot. Expect the SC-BTT750 and the SC-BTT350 to retail for $750 and $500, respectively. Of course, they would work best with a 3D HDTV, but would otherwise operate as a decent home theater system on its own.
