Pollen Robots To Monitor Situation

Tokyo-based weather forecasting company Weathernews, Inc. is currently working on a Pollen Robot that comes in the style factor of a ball, housing complex electronics within to monitor the pollen situation in the upcoming hay fever season. Each of these Pollen Robots weigh 1 kg and has a diameter of 30cm, complete with a pair of eyes that glow according to the level
of Japanese cedar and cypress pollen in the air (white, blue, green, red and purple). Pollen Robots are capable of sending minute-by-minute reports to the Weathernews HQ by the Web, where collected details will be analyzed to structure the online pollen map. Interesting.
