SuperDrive Replacements For Macs

I have been shopping for a super drive replacement, considering the one in our MacBook Pro doesn’t work (it never worked in fact). considering it takes ages for Apple to replace it, I thought that I would do it myself. that , OWC announced their new SuperDrive replacements for the entire

Mac family. Desktop drives cost $30 and laptop ones go for $110 to $120.

We haven’t tested any OWC’s drives, but that’s pretty much a commodity, so I would expect it to “just work”.
