Toshiba releases new 120GB 1.8-inch drives

The Toshiba 1.8” 120GB (MK1214GAH) holds the largest capcity in the new line up that additionally includes 80GB (MK8025GAL) and 60GB (MK6028GAL) drives. The drives target the ultra-mobile computers and embedded applications market. The 1.8” hard disks were very popular with portable media player, but the increased capacity makes

them suitable for computing that requires lower ability and mild performance, such as ultra-mobile PCs. [press release, product page, more 1.8” drives]
